Return and Exchange policy

In order to provide the best service , the customer has the right to exchange or return the damaged products according to the following conditions

Return / exchange for damaged product 

 The customer has the right to return or exchange the damaged products with shipping the product to alzamil stores and paying the shipping value 

Allowable duration to return/exchange the damaged product 

 The customer has the right to return or exchange the damaged product within 3 days starting from the date of purchase

 The customer has no right to claim anything after 3 days 

Refund of the amount paid

 The amount will be returned after receiving the product at alzamil stores and checking its condition ,and then the amount will be returned to your account within 3 days

 The condition of the returned or exchanged product

The returned/exchange product must be in its original condition and its original packing and has not been used or opened

  non refundable product 

 Fabrics after being used or opened , costumes after being used or opened , styrofoam, products that has been used such opened packages or removed labels
